Why Life Groups?
1) Reach People – This is a great opportunity to bring out your friends, neighbours and family who are not familiar with church. We desire to reach our city, nation and world one person at a time.
2) Strengthen – every believer, whether saved one day or twenty years needs to be strengthened in their walk with God. Practical teaching and impartation from Sunday’s message creates an atmosphere of discussion that will result in greater understanding and greater victory.
3) Be Discipled - every believer is called to become a true disciple of Jesus Christ. In order to accomplish this, they must be equipped through The Word of God. Every Life Group leader attends a Life Group and oversees one.
4) Build Relationships – we are a relationship based church and we value every person. Life Groups help establish strong relationships and build stronger unity within the church.
5) Encourage One Another – there are over 45 passages in the New Testament about our responsibility to love, care, encourage, exhort and restore one another. Life Groups help us effectively achieve this.
6) Connect – every person has an opportunity to be involved. We desire to see every person released into their destiny and live a fulfilled life. There is a place for you here and Life Groups are a great way to connect and be a part of what God is doing.
7) Be Fruitful – God desires to use us in every sphere that we influence. As we are empowered we affect every area of our life.
